I have been involved in the journalism field for four years now, and have a variety of experience across all fields including writing, reporting, photography, podcasting, and graphic design. I also am experienced in Adobe programs such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Audition, as well as Audacity.
Impact 89FM Writing
Written November of sophomore year. This was my first article about my sophomore years' basketball team. Feature regarding an incoming freshman and a senior who could take big steps and positively help the team.
This was written the spring of my freshman year. I severely underrated the eventual Final Four contestant UCLA Bruins, and predicted they would lose by double digits to the Spartans. However, it was one of the better analysis based breakdowns I've written.
This is another piece from the spring of my freshman year. I had spent a lot of time looking into the players, and evaluating before I made my rankings, and ultimately it was an article I enjoyed writing a lot.
